These terms and conditions govern access to and use of the TweedBet platform, including the casino, sportsbook, VIP Club and all associated promotions. Registering an account and depositing funds constitutes acceptance of the terms below in full. TweedBet reserves the right to update these terms periodically, with material changes communicated to registered players by email ahead of taking effect.

Eligibility

• One account is permitted per person, per household and per payment method
• TweedBet reserves the right to request identity verification at any point, including proof of age, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership
• Accounts found to be duplicate, fraudulent or opened by a self-excluded individual will be closed, with funds handled according to the circumstances of the closure

Account Registration and Security

Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account. TweedBet recommends a unique, strong password and encourages players to log out on shared devices. Any suspected unauthorized access should be reported to support immediately so the account can be secured.

• Registration requires accurate personal information matching official identification documents
• Accounts registered with false information may be suspended pending verification
• Players may not transfer, sell or share account access with another individual
• TweedBet may suspend an account showing patterns consistent with fraud, collusion or bonus abuse pending investigation

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits credit to the account balance immediately for most payment methods, with bank transfers taking one to two business days to clear. Withdrawal requests process according to the timeframes listed in the Payments table on the homepage, subject to standard verification checks.

TweedBet does not charge withdrawal fees on standard methods, though third-party payment providers may apply their own charges outside TweedBet’s control. Withdrawal requests are reviewed for compliance with bonus wagering rules before release, and any request submitted while a bonus wagering requirement remains incomplete will forfeit the associated bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings as described in the Bonus Terms.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered on the site are subject to the specific terms listed on the Bonuses page in addition to these general terms. TweedBet reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at its discretion, with existing qualifying activity honored under the terms in place at the time it was earned.

• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, opposite-side hedging on the same market to eliminate risk, or coordinated multi-account play, voids associated bonuses and winnings
• TweedBet may limit the number of bonuses claimed by a single household or payment method
• Promotional errors, including incorrect odds, bonus amounts or wagering requirements displayed due to a technical fault, will be corrected and do not obligate TweedBet to honor the erroneous term

Fair Play and Game Rules

All games on the platform use certified random number generators or, for live dealer games, real equipment operated by trained dealers under studio supervision. Game outcomes are final once settled, save for cases of demonstrable technical error, which will be corrected in accordance with the affected game’s specific rules.

• Disconnections during a live dealer round do not affect the outcome, which is determined by the physical wheel, cards or dice regardless of connection status
• RNG game outcomes are determined at the moment of the bet and are not affected by device, browser or connection issues
• Suspected use of bots, scripts or automated tools to place bets is prohibited and may result in account closure

Responsible Gaming

TweedBet provides tools to support responsible play, including deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, timeouts and self-exclusion. Players concerned about their gambling behavior are encouraged to use these tools or contact a support organization such as Gamblers Anonymous. Self-exclusion requests are honored promptly and remain in effect for the period selected by the player, with reinstatement subject to a cooling-off period and confirmation that the player wishes to resume play.

Limitation of Liability

TweedBet is not liable for losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the player’s end, third-party payment provider delays, or events of force majeure. TweedBet’s liability in any dispute is limited to the funds held in the affected player’s account balance at the time the dispute arose.

Governing Terms and Disputes

These terms are governed by the regulations applicable to TweedBet’s operating license. Disputes should first be raised with support through live chat or email, with an escalation path to a designated complaints handler if the initial resolution is unsatisfactory. TweedBet aims to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly, consistent with standard practice for licensed online gambling operators.
